CMMG has a long history of designing and building AR-15 rifles to fit a wide variety of needs. Now, CMMG is proud to introduce something a bit different. The DISSENT MkGs 9mm is a personal defense weapon (PDW) that utilizes a unique compact action and radial delayed blowback operation to fire the 9mm Luger cartridge. The compact action system eliminates the need for a buffer system, which means the DISSENT is radically shorter than other AR-style pistols on the market. With this compact action and recoil system comes a forward mounted non-reciprocating side charging handle which can be switched to the left or right side. A 1913 Picatinny rail end cap allows the user to add a compatible pistol brace or stock if they wish (all NFA rules apply). The DISSENT also includes TriggerTech’s AR-D trigger which was developed in collaboration with CMMG to be fully optimized for use with DISSENT firearms and upper receiver groups.
